Check in time is 4:00 PM / Check out time is 10:00 AM.

A processed payment constitutes acceptance of reservations terms not signature status for acceptance.

TERM OF THE LEASE: The lease begins at 4 pm on the “Check-in Date” and ends at 10 am on the “Check-out Date” listed on Booking Confirmation (unless previously arranged) and will be strictly enforced in order to allow time for housekeeping to clean property adequately between guests. Early check in and late check outs are subject to additional fees and only available with prior approval from manager and can not and will not be guaranteed.

Guest Restrictions & Maximum Occupancy: Registered Guest must be at least 25 years of age. Guests must be able to provide photo identification at any time before or during stay.

PAYMENT POLICY: To secure the booking, a payment of 50% of the grand total is due at the time of booking if the arrival date is more than 60 days from time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival date. A payment of 100% is due at time of booking for any reservation made inside 60 days of arrival. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. No dates will be held for reservation requests in which no deposit has been paid. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of deposit and receipt of booking confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellation requests must be initiated in writing by the guest through website in which they booked. Cancellation requests received prior to 60 days from arrival date will receive a refund minus one night’s rent plus tax. Cancellation requests received inside 60 days from arrival date for cancelling the entire or portion of a reservation, refunds of deposits or full payments, no shows or early departures after check-in will result in a 100% loss of all funds remitted to Casey Key Resorts. Guests covered under the travel insurance may be exempt from this loss if the reason for cancellation is covered under the policy. If a non-arrival, late arrival, early departure, cancellation, or alteration results in a loss of revenue to Casey Key Resorts, it will be charged. The loss can be avoided if the recommended travel insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. In the event of an Act of God such as adverse weather, tornadoes, fire, lightning strikes, etc., the management and owners are not responsible for any refunds from monies which have been paid to Casey Key Resorts. Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation for any reason subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.

DISPUTES: I understand that if there are ANY disputes or dissatisfaction regarding the rental property paid herein, that said dispute should be taken up directly with Casey Key Resorts. I agree that I will not request a chargeback or credit to my credit card in connection with any charge made pursuant to this agreement. ANY credit card dispute that is received, the associated reservation(s) will be cancelled and any funds will be retained by Casey Key Resorts. I hereby expressly waive my rights to request any chargeback against Casey Key Resorts now or in the future. All complaints must be reported during the customer’s stay and not after departing the property.

AGE REQUIREMENTS/KIDS POLICY: Registered guest must be 25. All properties are kid friendly.

PARKING: One parking space available per unit. Additional parking spaces are first-come, first-serve in limited parking areas.

PETS: The hotel must be notified of ADA-compliant service animals upon check-in.
Pets are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed, and approved prior to arrival. Fees are associated and charged due to the extended cleaning, deodorizing, and depreciation caused on the room and hotel. NO Animal is allowed in any of the resort’s Pool(s) or Spa(s), or on any of the Furniture, including beds. Upon departure, there will be an additional cleaning/damage fee if there is clear evidence that these rules were not followed.

Dogs ONLY with 2 pets max. Weight limit of 50 lbs. max total for 1 or 2 pets. NO Dangerous Breeds, aggressive, or intimidating animals are allowed.
Must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival, and a Pet Fee will be assessed.
Dogs are only allowed in our specified Dog-Friendly rooms. Please contact the hotel to ensure that your booking is in a Dog-Friendly room.
LOST AND FOUND: Casey Key Resorts is not be liable for any items left behind. The guest is responsible for any mailing/shipping charges.

RENTAL RULES: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while on property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
